UW–Madison Cross-Campus Science Field Trips

The University of Wisconsin–Madison welcomes K-12 classes, homeschool groups, 4-H, and youth groups for interactive field trips and tours. Please complete the form below if you are interested in bringing your group to campus to explore science.

We are no longer scheduling multi-site field trips since most venues are at capacity for spring/summer 2025. Several venues still have some availability, so please visit their websites to book directly with them:

We plan to accept requests for multi-site science field trips for the 2025-26 school year starting on August 1, 2025.

To maximize your chances of having your request accommodated, please complete the request form at least 6 weeks in advance of your desired field trip date. Your field trip experience is not confirmed until we reach out via email with an itinerary and all the details about your visit to UW-Madison campus.

This form is for large groups and groups requesting visits to multiple destinations on campus. If you solely want to visit one venue, and you know your desired destination has the capacity for your group size, please contact them directly using the links above.
