Antohi Romanian Pepper (Capsicum annuum):
Smooth, tapered, pointed fruits are pale yellow and
ripen red. Jan Antohi was a touring acrobat when
he defected to the United States. In late 1991, he
visited his family in Romania for the first time in
more than 8 years, and came back with seeds of
this delicious heirloom. Romanians fry these in a
hot skillet to experience the sweet, full flavor.

Lipstick Pepper (Capsicum annuum):
Sweet, cone-shaped peppers. Sweet, juicy, and thick fleshed,
these 4″ long, heart-shaped peppers are
not only delicious in salads and salsas but are also
great for roasting. Dependably productive even in
areas with cooler summers.
Speckled Roman Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum):
Elongated plum tomato with bright red skin and golden streaks. Meaty red flesh has little juice, is good for fresh eating, and cooks quickly into sauce. Developed by Seed Savers Exchange.
Basil (Ocimum basilicum): Sweet and flavorful
staple of many pasta dishes.
Italian Oregano (Origanum vulgare):
Wonderfully aromatic and flavorful herb.
