On Saturday, April 5, 2008, UW–Madison welcomes families and learners of all ages to experience science as discovery.
Family-friendly events for all ages
- 5 Science Spectaculars run 12–5 p.m. at Engineering Hall, Engineering Centers Building, and Mechanical Engineering Building (Venue and Parking map)
- Hands-on activities at Exploration Stations spanning the spectrum of sciences. Come explore from 1–4 p.m. in the Engineering Centers Building (40 Stations) and 12-5 in Engineering Hall (9 more Stations)!
- 7 Special Venues (see Schedule for hours): Geology Museum, Physics Museum, Botany Greenhouse, Primate Center Learning Lobby, DC Smith Greenhouse, Genetics/Biotechnology Center, and the Atmospheric, Oceanic and Space Sciences building.
- Free parking in Lots 17 and 20
